Church World Service Asia Pacific

Church World Service is the oldest and largest ecumenical organization in the regional with close to 1,000 team members and strong partnerships spanning decades.

CWS maintains operational offices in Indonesia, Timor Leste, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam with a regional office in Bangkok, Thailand.

Leveraging its long history of strong partnerships in the region, the CWS Asia Pacific office serves as a coordination point of contact for the CWS Asia Pacific teams and invaluable partners, as well as a hub for regional meetings, trainings, and workshops.

CWS Asia Pacific, through its partners, has programs in Burma, Bangladesh, China, Fiji, India, Nepal, Phillippines, Sri Lanka and Thailand.

Church World Service Asia Pacific is a member of Action by Churches Together (ACT) and International Council of Voluntary Agencies (ICVA), and in cooperation with Sphere and Humanitarian Accountability Partnership (HAP).
